When do we practice?
We have 3 practices a week, Tuesday and Thursday are general practices open to all. Monday's class
is an advanced practice, you should be a 3rd kyu or above or seek permission from the Sensei to attend.

How much is a class?
The YMCA administers the collection of mat fees. They offer fully inclusive monthly membership (£25) or daily membership (£5.90) with concession discounts available. The YMCA membership also allows you to use their other gym facilitaties and classes, please contact them for more details.
What Else?
Insurance to practice Aikido (UKA or BAB membership) is compulsory. You may try a class to see if Aikido is for you and then if you decide to continue you must take out the insurance. This is an annual fee of £27 (£21 concessions). The insurance is valid for any BAB dojo in the country and includes all kyu grading fees.
